Props go out to my friend's Susan and Dan!! Sounds like they had a great 25k racethe other day. Susan finished in 2:12 and Dan is 1:33. Keep up the great training. Wish I could be back in the Twin Cities with you guys. I miss the fun training times. Here is a picture of Susan & Geoff at IMOO 2005 above and then Dan in the red shirt during the 25k run (thanks Dan!). I don't seem to have any pics of you guys except exercising related?
