My parents came into town for 2 1/2 weeks in October. So I took a break from my mom groups and activities and hung out with my parents. We spent 1 1/2 weeks in Northern Virginia and then a week down in Virginia Beach. The first weekend we headed up to Gettysburg, PA for Geoff's Ironcross race. While he raced Mom, Dad, Miles & I hiked on the Appalachian trail. Here are some pictures:
